What is the correct foot angle for the forehand?

Why do very few give us the optimal angle for the right foot (right handers) on the forehand, especially when a few degrees can change the whole movement.

If pointing the foot towards the net (0 degrees) is too front on and pointing the foot to the side fence (90 degrees) is too much hard work turn into contact then why not an ideal angle of 45 degree?

Give it go and see what happens to your control especially width. Tip : go with an open stance.

If that work is good for you.  Try to work out the ideal foot angle for other shots and let us know.

Good luck and play to win.
